Change Partner Form
Art and Change Grant
Most art and social change work happens through relationships and working with other people or organizations. A Change Partner is a person, organization, or business that is part of an applicant's Art and Change Grant project in some way and/or is a member of the community in which the project takes place.
Eligible Change Partners include mentors, editors, collectives, art spaces, theaters, nonprofit organizations, dance studios, radio stations, production companies, and clubs.
