If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, make sure your application is in our office before 10:00am on the next possible business day.

Applicant Support Sessions

Applicant support sessions are an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Leeway representative to get direct feedback on your application.

Drop-in sessions do not require an appointment and will be held from 2:00pm-7:00pm on the following dates:

• January 31: West Philadelphia
  Philadelphia Folklore Project (735 S. 50th Street)
  
  
• April 2: Center City West
  Attic Youth Center (255 S. 16th Street)
  
  
• April 30: North Philadelphia
  Taller Puertorriqueño (2721 N. 5th Street) 
  
  
• June 25: South Philadelphia
  Fleisher Art Memorial (719 Catharine Street)

You may meet with a Leeway representative one-on-one to get direct feedback on your application. To make the most of your session, please read through these guidelines thoroughly beforehand. You may also bring a draft of your application for specific feedback.

We encourage you to attend an applicant support session before calling to set up an individual appointment. If you are unable to come to an applicant support session, please call 215.545.4078 to schedule a phone consultation or an in-person meeting with Leeway staff.
