A.Q. Quintero

A.Q. will create a personal video documentary detailing the decision-making process of his gender transition that includes interviews with family, friends, and people from the transgender and genderqueer communities, along with reenactments and video-diary entries detailing his experiences. In addition to sharing this very personal story with people outside the transgender community and providing an important resource for those within the community considering a similar decision-making process, through this video, he will also explore ideas of gender fluidity and expression ("genderqueerness") that are not often talked about.
