2014 Art and Change Grant – $2,500

Kay will create a graphic novel called The Big Belch, a work that uses humor to capture the reader while raising consciousness around serious environmental issues. The Big Belch begins when Big Oil, causes an enormous oil spill that produces vast ecological destruction in the Gulf of Mexico.
