Pascale began working with food when she learned there are secrets, histories, and stories that are only told in the kitchen. She works to resuscitate traditional recipes and ingredients, which are endangered or obsolete, in order to promote the physical and spiritual well being of our communities around the world.
Adachi was first introduced to photography in 1998 and fell in love with documenting the world around her. Adachi’s images encapsulate expressive and engaging subjects while revealing moments through visual storytelling. She crafted her eye as a documentary filmmaker and coupled her talents with her love for photography and portraiture.
