Trish Kelly has gotten hundreds of Philly artists to own their homes. She's offering a free workshop for first-time home buyers, and it is strongly recommended. Trish breaks it all down so you can understand the process. And she has helped many artists with complicated income streams get mortgages.
You can read testimonials about Trish from artists home owners here.
