Pheralyn Dove Upcoming Events

Pheralyn Dove (ACG ’14) will be featured in the upcoming 10^th Annual Lancaster Avenue Jazz Festival and her photography is featured in an exhibit that honors the memory of the victims of Mother Emanuel AME Church. in Charleston, South Carolina.

On July 16, Pheralyn will perform her spoken word poetry with an ensemble of musicians at the Lancaster Jazz Festival (39^th & Powelton Avenue – Saunders Park), whose theme this year is “Celebrating Women in Jazz.” The festival runs from 12:00pm – 7:00pm, and Pheralyn’s set will begin at 2:30pm. Pheralyn’s photograph is on display at The Holy City: Art of Love, Unity and Resurrection, an exhibition at Passages Artists Collective Gallery (414 King Street), in Charleston, through July 17. The exhibit showcases works by 40 artists from around the country as a tribute to the victims of the mass shooting on June 17, 2015 at Mother Emanuel AME Church.
