Alison is a multidisciplinary artist and community organizer whose project will create a large-scale visual narrative about Chester residents living near the nation’s largest incinerator and the proposed Liquified Natural Gas facility. Through photography, mixed media, and poetry, Alison will collaborate with residents to produce life-sized canvases and a public exhibition honoring the community’s resilience and activism. By transforming local stories of environmental racism into visual art, she aims to raise awareness and inspire collective action against environmental injustice.
