Julian Shendelman will facilitate a paid, day-long retreat for ten transgender fiction writers from the greater Philadelphia area to create a collective zine and launch a digital hub to sustain connections. The retreat offers a dedicated day for writing, reading, mutual critique, and rest, including stipends, refreshments, and transit support. The zine will document new work from the retreat and will be distributed freely. The digital hub (a Discord or similar platform) will extend these bonds and resources into the future.
