Artist U Workshop On Presenting Your Work
Presenting Your Work will take place Monday, December 5 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Fringearts (140 N. Columbus Blvd).
How do we share our work with people? What is at the heart of my practice, what is most essential?
As artists, we are often called upon to talk about our work. Being able to present your work concisely and eloquently is power.
For this workshop, each artist will prepare a three-minute presentation about her/his work. You may use images, slides, video, even perform live. We will watch all the artist presentations and discuss them: did the artist bring us close to her/his work? What were the strongest images and language? What questions were we left with?
The workshop is free but enrollment is limited to 18.
