Fourth Annual Rockers BBQ Weekend

Chaska Sofia (LTA '13, ACG '11) and Rasheedah Phillips, Esq. (Leeway Board of Directors) are both involved with this DIY movement which showcases PoC, queer, futuristic, female-lead, political bands from Philly and abroad. This event is a celebration for all the bands and folks that support what Rockers are doing. This year, Rockers will take place from August 14 to 17, offering incredible performances, barbecue, self defense course, basketball game, double dutch competition, zine brunch (with Rasheedah Phillips), party featuring Chaska Sofia (dj precolumbian), and much more.
