Humeysha New Asian Futurisms Closing Reception First Friday, December 6 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
Combining sounds of home and heritage, Humeysha conjures up ethereal multimedia explorations of past and future. Come celebrate the closing of New Asian Futurisms with a performance by Humeysha featuring an opening act by a local circus performer, Joe Ahmed.
All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting AAI’s Youth Arts Workshop, because children are the future!
*Suggested donation: $5-30, tickets will be available at the door, no one turned away for lack of funds.
New Asian Futurisms is on view at Asian Arts Initiative M-F, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, from now until December 6.
Asian Arts Initiative is designed as a mobility accessible facility, with access to all public floors and spaces, and seating accommodations for programmed events. Both non-gendered and individually isolating restrooms are available on each floor, all equipped with changing stations.
