Pasión y Arte Performs at The Barnes with Raquel Heredia
Join Pasión y Arte (PyA) on Friday, June 2 as they recreate the feeling of the tablao setting at the renowned Barnes Foundation. The evening will feature performances by the PyA ensemble, including Rafael Brunn on guitar, Barbara Martinez and Hector Jose Marquez on cante (voice) and dancers Alexa Milton, Xianix Barrera, and PyA Artistic and Executive Director Elba Hevia y Vaca. Joining them will be special guest (directly from Granada, Spain), Raquel Heredia! They will also be showing excerpts from a new work in development by Elba Hevia y Vaca (ACG '08, WOO '04) entitled Colonization.
