Philly Stewards Issues the first Philly Artist Census

The Philly Artist Census is the first in a series of surveys that Philly Stewards will be deploying in 2018 and 2019, in an attempt to get an accurate picture of the resources, challenges and livelihoods of practicing visual artists in Philadelphia.

Their motivation to assemble this information is to clarify myths from truths about the greater Philly artist community. While PS members might occupy several different artist communities in Philadelphia, they fully acknowledge that our membership does not represent the Philadelphia artist community as a whole. Much of their effort during the 3 months this survey is live will be to spread notice of our survey far-and-wide in Philadelphia, hoping to get as many responses as possible.

Please feel free to share this survey with Philly-based artists you know.
