Betty Leacraft and Rasheedah Phillips Selected for Artist Residency

The Neighborhood Time Exchange Artist Residency in West Philadelphia has selected Betty Leacraft (ACG '14, LTA '11, ACG '09, WOO '99) and board member, Rasheedah Phillips. In it's inaugural year, Neighborhood Time Exchange Artist Residency is trading each hour of studio space for an hour of volunteering in service of the community the studio is located in by working on projects neighborhood residents have named as things they want to see changed or revitalized.
