A Good Night’s Sleep Reviewed in Phindie

The Colored Girl Museum’s A Good Night’s Sleep was reviewed by Phindie. Vashti Dubois (ACG ‘16, 12, LTA ‘06) is the Executive Director of the Colored Girl’s Museum. Betty Leacraft (ACG ‘14, LTA ‘11, ACG ‘09, WOO ‘99) contributed work to A Good Night’s Sleep.

“A Good Night’s Sleep is about the reclamation of the colored girl’s experience, finding the strength and beauty in it, acknowledging barriers to healing and developing tools for survival and liberation. The curated home addresses heavy histories and present conflicts— centering rest as a tool for self-preservation, a daily return to recharge.”
