Lauren Vargas Exhibits at REVEAL

Lauren Vargas (ACG ’15) will exhibit her artwork at Raw Artists Presents: REVEAL, a one-night arts festival at the Trocadero (1003 Arch St.) on July 20 at 7:00pm. The event will showcase visual art alongside live music and a fashion show. Lauren’s series, I Am Painting, features collaboratively created portraits of teenage girls from North Philadelphia. These paintings incorporate writing from each student, expressing both their hopes for their communities and the obstacles that they face.
