Michelle Angela Ortiz On View At Smithsonian

Michelle Angela Ortiz (LTA ‘08) has work on view at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History (14th St and Constitution Ave, NW, Washington DC) through December.

Michelle created a collaborative mural with community members at the "Latinidad: Looking Into Latina Women’s American Experience" all-day festival at the Smithsonian this past September. The final artwork combines a total of 52 panels that represent the messages of the participants of how Latina women have influenced their lives.
