Nancy Shell Named A Finalist in Barnes Foundation Let's Connect Exhibition

Nancy Lewis Shell (LTA ’15, ACG ’12, WOO ’01, ’99) has her growth as an artist celebrated in a recent Fleisher Art Memorial blog post. While she had previously been awarded several Leeway grants before her time at Fleisher, Shell credits her teacher and fellow students there for encouraging her submit the work she created there first to Fleisher’s 120th Annual Student Exhibition, then to the Barnes Foundation for the Let’s Connect: Philly Artists Take on the Barnes exhibition, held in conjunction with Mural Arts Philadelphia.
