Who Do You Love? A Live Poetry Talk Show and Open Mic

Cyrée Jarelle Johnson (ACG '13), Joel Dias-Porter and Gina Myers will be the featured panelists in, Who Do You Love? Gil Scott-Heron, a live poetry talk show and cover open mic, held at PhillyCAM (699 Ranstead St) on April 5 at 6:30 pm. It is a discussion/presentation on the life and work of the month’s featured (loved) poet followed by audience members reading their favorite poem by the featured poet, and one of their own poems.

Gilbert “Gil” Scott-Heron (April 1, 1949 – May 27, 2011) an American soul and jazz poet, musician, and author known primarily for his work as a spoken-word performer in the 1970s and 1980s.

Who Do You Love? broadcast live on Comcast 66/966 & Verizon 29/30 every first Tuesday of the month.
